Timeless Wisdom on Spiritual Warfare:

Our world is fraught with spiritual battles and unseen forces. Of course, the Catholic Church offers timeless wisdom on the reality of spiritual warfare. Rooted in Scripture and Tradition, these teachings provide invaluable insights. These teachings look into three specific areas.

• The nature of evil
• The power of prayer
• The armor of God that equips us for the spiritual battles we face.

Central to Catholic teaching on spiritual warfare is the recognition of the existence of spiritual beings.  These beings are both good and evil. All beings are engaged in a cosmic struggle for the souls of humanity. As St. Paul reminds us, “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms” (Ephesians 6:12).

Satan’s Deception:

In the sacrament of Reconciliation, we receive forgiveness for our sins and the opportunity to be reconciled with God and one another. Cultivating Virtue:
